Every bespoke piece we create is handmade in our workshops. From the first sketch to the final polish, our craftsmen carefully shape each detail by hand – ensuring your piece is finished to the highest standard.
To make sure your jewellery is ready in time for Christmas, we kindly ask customers to allow a little notice for special orders and bespoke commissions. Each piece deserves the time it needs to be perfect, and December always brings a flurry of festive creativity in our workshops.
We will be open every Sunday at our Bristol store 11am until 4pm.

Our Cirencester store will be open Monday through to Saturday 9.45am until 5pm and also now open on a Wednesday during December. Closed from December the 25th until the 2nd of January.

Orders still accepted, although complex or unique designs may be close to Christmas deadline.

We are still able to accept bespoke orders and our stores are open for you this Christmas.

To ensure your piece is designed, crafted, and finished to our usual standards, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be working overtime to make your unique piece in time for Christmas, however ever please do not leave placing your order too late. Contact us on 0117 973 3178 for up to date deadlines.
Our last guaranteed date for Christmas repairs is Tuesday 2nd December. After this point, we’ll continue to accept repairs, but we can’t promise they’ll be completed in time for Christmas.
We’ll be shipping all in-stock purchases until Friday 19th December by Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you need something urgently after this date, please get in touch – we’ll always try our very best.
